Life
in Lanzarote is exactly the way life should be, relaxed
yet constantly stimulating. Especially if you're staying
in this luxury detached villa a stone's throw from the sea.
The village itself is nestled between Famara, the
world-famous surfing beach, and La Santa, the
training ground for international athletes. While sport
is at the heart of the area, you wouldn't know it from the
quiet atmosphere and sleepy beauty of the immediate countryside.
Peace is guaranteed. But if you really miss the buzz of
the town, you'll find any number of tourist resorts within
driving distance
Interior
Every inch of this 64 square meter apartment blends practicality
with style. The open plan lounge/diner is spacious enough
for a family of four with extra guests. Two people can sleep
here and up to six can share a home-cooked meal around the
dining table. You may prefer to have your morning coffee
and croissants in the breakfast area which forms part of
a fully-fitted kitchen. Both bedrooms have the luxury of
tiled, en-suite bathrooms (including baths) as well as fitted
wardrobes. Beyond this, there's secure storage for all your
sporting equipment from windsurf boards to hang gliders.
A TV (with a full ITV package) comes as standard. If there's
anything else you need like a cot, high chair or baby
buggy, for instance, just get in touch.
Exterior
In a private
garden where comfort reigns, the tourist tide seems miles
away. From the sun loungers, you can see waves lapping the
shore and cliffs rising up to meet the sky. And because
the garden area isn't overlooked, you'll enjoy complete
privacy while you take in the view. According to your mood,
you can socialise around the barbeque or take a dip in the
shared, heated swimming pool. As you step out, you'll find
a poolside shower with an Astroturf surround that prevents
your feet from burning. The Roman end of the pool, together
with a handsome mosaic on the tiled patio, lend a touch
of Italian flair to the garden.
The surrounding area
Famara is world famous for its amazing surfing and offers
you the thrill of surfing in Lanzarote's world class waves.
Whether you're an experienced surfer or a beginner you will
find the Famara experience breathtaking. The village of
La Santa is nearby for local bars and eats, with the world
famous Training Camp of La Santa offering diving experiences
for beginners and the experienced as well as many other
sports.
