Are the villas overlooked?

No all the villas are completely private, and so are the pool areas.

Is the pool heated?

Yes all the pools in our villas are heated. They are all heated by solar panels. However if you require a guaranteed temperature (especially in the winter months) then there is also the facility to heat the pools using the gas heaters. There is a small charge associated with this service.

To heat the pools using gas will cost you £100 per week.

Is there English TV?

The villas have Sky Free To Air with 20+ English television channels. There is also an upgrade card available for more comedy and childrens channels. There is a small charge for this card. We do offer a DVD hire package.

Can I pay in Euros?

Yes we accept Euros. Please speak to Caroll when booking and she will give you the account details of our Spanish bank where Euros may be deposited.

Can I hire a car through you?

We have a range of cars that are available for hire with fully comprehensive insurance. If you would like a car to be waiting for you at the airport please let us know. Alternatively we can pick you up and drive you to your villa where your car will be waiting for you.

The cost of a hire car is from £100 per week (depending on which car you require). Please let us know in advance on the booking form if you would like to hire a car.

Do you offer a pickup service for surfboards and bikes from the airport?

We can arrange for your surfboard, bike boxes etc… to be picked up from the airport and delivered to your villa.

Is there WiFi internet in the villa?

Yes, this is an additional service and will cost £25 a week. There is also a phone and fax if required, you will be charged for your calls..

Do we need to bring beach towels?

You can hire beach towels so you don’t have to pack them. The cost of renting beach towels is £10.

Could you do a food pack for our arrival?

Yes, just send a list of what you would like and we will see to it for you. If we cannot find exact product matches we will endevour to find the closest match possible.

Is the villa child friendly, and can you supply a cot?

Yes the villa is particularly child friendly. There is astroturf all around the swimming pool so that babies and children will not burn themselves on hot tiles. We can supply a cot, high chair, buggy and parasol, please make sure you book this in advance using the booking form that is given to you on receipt of your booking and deposit.

Do the villas have hairdryers?

Yes, you will find a hairdryer in each bathroom.

Do you supply towels?

Yes there will be fresh towels for you to use and we also hire out beach towels so that you don’t have to take home wet, sandy towels. Please let us know on the booking form whether you wish to hire out beach towels. The shower/bathroom towels are complimentary.

Do you do airport collection?

Yes it costs €22 and we will need to know your flight number, your flight time and date. Payment is due on collection.

How do we book our villa?

Please fill out the enquiry form and check the availability. Once the dates are confirmed then you can pay the deposit into an English Bank Account and this secures your villa.  You then have the choice of paying in cash sterling when you arrive or into the bank three weeks prior to arrival.

Do you provide a welcome pack?

Yes we can provide a welcome pack or we can collect your own shopping list.

Are there shops and restaurants in the village?

Yes, there is the famous LagOmar Restaurant that used to belong to Omar Shariff, you have the local Spanish restaurant that provides a wide range of food and the local social club that is cheap and basic, they have the menus in both Spanish and English and also do take away food. There is also a supermarket in the village.

How far is it to Teguise?

Teguise is five minutes by car. Teguise was once the capital of Lanzarote and has many old buildings, restaurants and shops. It also plays host to the largest Sunday market on the Island.

Do we need a car?

There are buses and taxis but if you want to enjoy everything the island has to offer a car is a good idea, they are reasonably priced and we can arrange it for you.  It is the perfect way to explore the whole Island.

Are there any golf clubs?

Yes, there are two clubs on the Island.
